Our operations are grounded in integrity and transparency, aiming to remove misunderstandings in cross-border trade. These Terms and Conditions govern all transactions and engagements with Samar Rezvan Alvand. By conducting business with us, you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms.
We specialize in the trade and export of the following products:
Dates: Mazafati, Kabkab, Zahedi, and Saer varieties
Nuts: Pistachios and Almonds
Fruits: Apple and Kiwi
Vegetables: Potato and Onion
We commit to delivering high-quality products that meet international standards and fulfill the specific requirements of our clients.
All orders must be confirmed in writing, including full product details, quantity, specifications, and delivery instructions.
Prices are quoted in USD or as mutually agreed and are exclusive of taxes, duties, and shipping unless stated otherwise.
Prices are subject to change based on market fluctuations or seasonal availability.
Payments must be made via bank transfer or mutually agreed payment methods.
Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% upon shipment, unless stated otherwise in the invoice or contract.
Late payments may incur additional fees and/or delay in order fulfillment.
Delivery timelines are estimated and subject to logistics and customs clearance.
The Company is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, customs delays, or transport issues.
Risk and title transfer to the client upon dispatch or as per agreed Incoterms.
We strive to provide products that comply with the agreed-upon specifications.
In the event of a quality dispute, written notice must be provided within 7 days of receipt of goods.
Valid complaints will be addressed through replacement or credit, subject to mutual agreement.
Samar Rezvan Alvand shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or supply of products.
Clients agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless against any third-party claims related to misuse or misrepresentation of the products.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
Any disputes shall be resolved amicably, failing which they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Iran.
All trade terms, pricing, client data, and communication shall be treated as confidential and not disclosed to third parties without written consent.
Samar Rezvan Alvand reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued engagement after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
